17 oz can tiny peas, drained


16 oz can bean sprouts, drained


12 oz can whole kernel white corn, drained


5 oz can water chestnuts, drained and sliced


4 oz can pimento, drained and sliced


6 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained


1 green pepper, chopped


1 onion, sliced


1 cup chopped celery


1 cup extra-virgin olive oil


1 cup water


1 cup sugar


Ѕ cup vinegar


Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste


To make the salad, take a large bowl to mix all the ingredients, except for olive oil, water, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper. In a smaller bowl, pour the rest of the ingredients to make the dressing. Pour it over the salad, stir everything properly, and chill in the refrigerator till lunch. Serve chilled.

Chicken Marsala


1/8 teaspoon black pepper


teaspoon salt


cup flour


Ѕ cup Marsala wine
